MARATHON IN THE RAIN.Notwithstanding
the early morning downpour, Manila Mayor Alfredo S. Lim
fires the shot that signals the start of the 3-K metro
manila elimination race of the 32 nd National Milo Marathon
that was participated by 20,000 registered runners from all
ages at the Kilometer Zero, Luneta. Beside the Mayor is
Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) Chairman William Ramirez
