SIGHT-SAVING MONTH:

Mayor Alfredo S. Lim watches as Dr. Jacinto S. Bautista, Project
Director of Rotary Club of Manila Sight Preservation Committee, works on

of agreement that provides free ophthalmology services, including eye
surgery, to all patients and outside referrals coming from Ospital ng
