MANILA’S OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVANTS. Manila Mayor Alfredo S. Lim (2^nd row-fifth from left) and Yu Uy Tong Fraternal Association, Inc. chairman Dr. Vicente T. The giving of awards to deserving public servants is Manila ’s and Yu Uy Tong Fraternal Association, Inc.’s little way of acknowledging the exemplary dedication and services rendered by the government personnel. 14 ELECTRONIC PRAYER CLOCKS FOR MUSLIM MOSQUES: Manila Mayor Alfredo S. Lim yesterday turned over one E-Prayer Clock to Chairwoman Bae Norhaina Macabato-Lucman of Manila Islamic Center Mosque at Bulwagang Antonio Villegas, Manila City Hall . NO TO HUMAN TRAFFICKING! Manila Mayor Alfredo S. Lim expressed his full support to Inter – Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT), a project of Department of Justice (DOJ), during its press conference this morning for the arrest of notorious human trafficker, Lim Beng Wan Eugene a.k.a. “Alfred Lim” a Singaporean national captured in Malaysia.
